Free online therapy is available through our partnership with Hurdle.

While the current national protests reflect the ongoing fight for Black lives, the COVID-19 pandemic has created new challenges for all of us. As we care for ourselves and our loved ones during these painful and difficult times, it is more important than ever to invest in our wellness. You have all been working so hard to advocate for increased Mental Health Supports in schools, and PAVE wants to make sure that we’re supporting you in taking care of your own mental health as well.

PAVE is very excited to partner with Hurdle, a DC-based mental health provider. PAVE is offering parents 6 free teletherapy sessions over the next 6 months, with opportunities to participate in some additional optional group sessions. Sessions will take place virtually (online). Teletherapy is a convenient yet powerful way to manage stress, prioritize wellness, and support a healthy lifestyle.
