Therapist Recruiter & Community Manager

About the position.
We are looking for a smart, ambitious, and hard-working individual to help therapists and counselors join the Hurdle network. You will have a natural interest in recruiting, demand generation, sourcing, and building a community. This job will be 70% recruiting and 30% managing our therapist community.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruiting efforts that include managing LinkedIn, responding to emails, and scheduling calls.
  • Conduct outreach to potential counselors using email and LinkedIn.
  • Help with lead generation using a variety of outlets, tools, and creativity.
  • Continually strive for higher volume and optimization on recruiting therapists
  • Write eye-catching copy to ensure top conversion rates.
  • Regularly over-communicate information such as candidate pipelines, recruiting funnel metrics, and performance data to internal stakeholders.
  • Build strategies around Hurdle’s strategic priorities to build community within the network
  • Track therapist satisfaction to ensure Hurdle is the primary employment choice of therapists
  • Develop the vision and strategy for an in-person and online community, and drive initiatives from concept through execution
